Bodies change, and a closet full of good clothes that no longer fit is a common and solvable problem. Most quality garments have enough seam allowance to move a size in either direction, sometimes more.
Bring several pieces at once. Fitting a group in one session is faster, cheaper per garment, and keeps the proportions consistent across everything — the same trouser break, the same degree of taper, the same sleeve length.
