What we collect, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site, and at the moment there is only one. If you call us instead, we take no information from this website at all.

• The careers form. Your name, email, phone, the role you are applying for, your years of experience, your message, and a resume if you attach one.

We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party script that profiles you. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered and stored by Netlify, which hosts this website, and are readable only by the shop.

Both are US-based service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as it takes to answer you and complete the work, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us about the same garment. Photographs are deleted once they are no longer needed for work in progress. Job applications are kept while the position is open.

Asking us to delete something

You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us — a message, a photograph, an application — and we will do it. You do not need to give a reason, and it costs nothing.

California residents

California law gives you the right to know what personal information a business has collected about you, to ask for it to be deleted, and not to be treated differently for asking. The phone number and email address above are how you exercise those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging alterations. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If what we do with your information changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. It currently reads 6 August 2026.
